Deborah S. Eibner Hired As Area Business Advisor for the Upper Valley

Deborah comes to VtSBDC with a wide breath of experience in business management and coaching in the fields of higher education, staffing, health care and manufacturing.  As a business coach and trainer, she brings organizational leadership experience in human resources, business development, client relationship management and general management to the people she works with.  

Deborah has earned a MA in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC Canada and is a Certified Corporate Business Coach (CCBC) from Corporate Coach University.  She is a Reiki Master Teacher and enjoys Biking/Hiking/Cross country skiing, and herb gardening.  

Deborah is an active member of River Valley Human Resources Association (RVHRA-Board Member); The River Valley Business Resource Group; Granite United Way (Upper Valley) - Women's Leadership Council; and is a member of Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM), and Ambassador for The Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce.
