| Chris
Herriman is the new Southwest Area Business Advisor
for the Vermont Small Business Development Center
in Rutland and Bennington counties. She holds
a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership,
and has lived in Vermont for 7 years.
Prior to coming to the VtSBDC, Chris worked
as a Vice President for Chittenden Bank in Rutland
where she managed a $120 million dollar portfolio
of loans and deposits while working extensively
in the community to learn about business in
Vermont.
Before moving to Vermont, Chris lived in California
where she worked in banking for 12 years, most
recently as director of local marketing at California
Federal Bank in San Francisco.
Chris's small business experience stems from
owning, operating and successfully selling three
small businesses. That experience combined with
her years in banking has offered Chris a great
opportunity to learn about business from both
sides of the desk. |
