THE PROCESS:
1) Company completes
profile and e-mails it to Lead Assessor, Linda Rossi at lrossi@vtsbdc.org.
2) Comprehensive interview is scheduled and conducted by Lead
Assessor.
Key Areas to be Reviewed:
- Marketing and Customer Relationships
- Strategic Planning
- Process Management
- Human Resources
- Information and Analysis
- Leadership
- Business Results
3) Lead Assessor analyzes information gathered
from interviews with key management and prepares a written
feedback report.
4) Lead Assessor meets with your organization
to present and discuss feedback reports.
5) Together next steps are identified and four follow-up meetings
scheduled.
6) During the four meetings the Lead Assessor reviews implementation
results in order to keep you ONTRAC in realizing the organization's
goals and timelines.
