Event Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a workshop for which you have registered, you must contact Vermont Small Business Development Center (VtSBDC) via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (802) 728-9101 at least 24-hours in advance of the workshop to receive a full refund. No refund will be given on notifications received after that time or in any no-show situation.
If cancellation is not made 24-hours prior to the workshop a credit will be given towards a future VtSBDC workshop or seminar.
VtSBDC reserves the right to postpone or cancel workshops and events due to inclement weather or insufficient enrollment. Registered attendees will be notified via email or phone in a timely manner and offered a new date and/or a refund.
