Generational Study Explores America’s Entrepreneurial Mindset
It is critical that we understand the state of small business ownership in Vermont and develop strategies to support and promote the success of current and future generations of entrepreneurs – whatever their age. That is why America’s SBDC and The Center for Generational Kinetics partnered to together to achieve this goal with a groundbreaking national study.
America’s Voice on Small Business – Generational Views of Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses was designed to uncover research-based insights into the entrepreneurial mindset of Americans, and how to engage them by understanding their perceptions, motivations, and behaviors when it comes to small business.
We welcome the inventors, dreamers, entrepreneurs, established business owners and everyone in between to review this study and glean important generational information that can help you start a business, work better with colleagues, or even create a succession plan.
