RANDOLPH CENTER, Vt. (March 31, 2026) – Linda Rossi, State Director of the Vermont Small Business Development Center (VtSBDC), has hired two new business advisors to replace open positions. Ronda Berns is a part-time advisor serving Lamoille and Grand Isle counties.
Anastasios (Tasos) Zois is a full-time advisor serving Chittenden and Franklin counties.

“We are so delighted to welcome Ronda and Tasos to our statewide team of advisors,” said Rossi. “They have unique and strong backgrounds in business; together these two new hires bring extensive experience in hospitality, sales, banking and finance to our team.”
“It is an honor to join the VtSBDC team and serve the small business owners in Lamoille and Grand Isle. I’m excited to partner with these entrepreneurs and assist them in identifying opportunities, strengthening their operations, and building momentum that supports their long-term success and helps their communities continue to thrive,” said Berns.
“I am very excited to join VtSBDC because I’ll have the opportunity to work with Vermonters on their new business dreams and existing business owners who are reaching to achieve new goals and be successful. As a first generation American, it is an honor to be part of this organization and make a difference in our local communities.” said Zois.
