Ian Weider is a Business Advisor at Vermont Small Business Development Center (VtSBDC) serving Washington County. He combines analytical business experience with hands-on work alongside entrepreneurs and business owners to develop practical, data-informed solutions tailored to their goals.

Before joining VtSBDC, Ian managed entrepreneurship and business education programs at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business, supporting founders, students, and business leaders. His previous experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Farmers To You and working directly with clients on residential construction projects in Vermont.
