Ronda Berns, a Business Advisor at Vermont Small Business Development Center (VtSBDC), has more than 30 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and client-focused growth across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial environments.
Before joining VtSBDC, Ronda founded a national sales consulting and coaching practice and served as Vice President of Tourism for the Vermont Chamber of Commerce. She has also held leadership roles, including Executive Director of the Vermont Convention Bureau and Director of Sales & Marketing at Topnotch Resort.
