Why Contracts Go Wrong

Why do contracts go wrong?  What happens when they do?  Vermont Law and Graduate School Professor Nicole Killoran and a panel of law students will explain in this webinar what options businesses have when someone breaks a contract, and how to use contracts to try to prevent harm to your business if it happens.  They will talk about contract basics, different ways to resolve contract disputes, and how to prevent disputes using examples from the manufacturing, health and wellness, creative, construction, and service and consulting industries.

This webinar is part of the Vermont Community Navigator Pilot Program administered by the Vermont Small Business Development Center with funding from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
